Production
This wine comes from Furmint grapes grown in the Lapis vineyard, a single site planted in 1980 in the Tokaj region of Hungary. The grapes were harvested at the end of October, roughly a month later than usual, allowing them to develop higher sugar levels and the concentration needed for late-harvest sweetness. After picking, the wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its aromatic freshness, natural acidity, and pure fruit character.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for fruit-based desserts, especially those with a bright acidic edge such as apricot tart, peach cobbler, or berry pavlova. It also pairs well with crème brûlée, cheesecake, or simply served alongside blue cheese. Best enjoyed slightly chilled at around 8–10°C, with no decanting required.
