I love wines that are pure, balanced, and harmonious, those that tell a story in every glass. My journey with wine began thanks to my first manager, a sommelier who sparked my curiosity. From reading my first articles on the traditional method and Valpolicella styles, my path has led me to work as a Sommelier at Cornus, a Michelin-starred restaurant in London. I hold CMS Advanced and ASI Diploma Silver, and in 2022 I won the Polish Young Sommelier Championship, followed by the World's Best Young Sommelier title in 2023, awarded by the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. I’ve also had the privilege of judging international wine competitions like Bacchus, Wine Lovers, and Portugal Wines Challenge. I hope you enjoy exploring my selection as much as I enjoy sharing it.
