Zeta Cava Brut Reserva is a polished and approachable alternative to Champagne, offering a rich, creamy texture and a stream of fine bubbles. Produced in Spain according to the traditional method, it reflects the country’s long-standing sparkling-wine tradition and benefits from a minimum of 18 months of ageing before release.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, this Brut Reserva presents a bright, refreshing appearance with delicate, persistent bubbles. The nose is elegant and lightly aromatic, while the palate is creamy and well balanced, with fine mousse and a clean, lively finish. Its 18-month minimum ageing period gives the wine added texture and complexity, making it enjoyable now while allowing it to develop further over the short term when stored in suitable conditions.

Production
Cava is made using la méthode traditionnelle, with the second fermentation taking place in the bottle. This style of production contributes to the wine’s fine bubbles and creamy mouthfeel. Cava production is centred in designated areas of Spain, particularly Catalonia and Penedès, where local Spanish grape varieties are traditionally favoured. Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 6–8°C in a tulip-shaped sparkling-wine glass to preserve both the bubbles and aromas. Zeta Cava Brut Reserva is a versatile aperitif and pairs especially well with seafood, shellfish, sushi, tapas, fried appetisers and light salads. Decanting is not recommended; open shortly before serving and pour gently.

Zeta is produced by Bodegas España Auténtica, founded in 2005 by a group of friends united by a passion for wine and quality. The winery combines traditional Spanish winemaking practices with a more contemporary, New World-inspired approach, while placing particular emphasis on native Spanish grape varieties. Its Cava reflects the growing recognition of Spanish sparkling wine as a characterful and high-quality alternative to Champagne.
