This wine comes from the Bernkasteler Doctor, one of the Mosel’s most famous steep-slope vineyard sites, known for its slate soils and exceptional ripening conditions. The 2021 vintage was selected from the best grapes and vinified to preserve freshness, aromatic purity, and the natural balance between fruit, sweetness, and acidity that defines classic Mosel Spätlese.
