Production

The Goldkapsel designation further identifies it as a particularly distinguished bottling within the estate’s range.

Food & Serving
Serve lightly chilled at approximately 10–12°C, allowing the wine’s mature aromas to unfold in the glass. It pairs beautifully with delicate fish dishes, poultry and creamy or mature cheeses. Decanting is not essential, but carefully standing the bottle upright before opening and pouring gently can help separate any sediment; alternatively, serve from a suitable Riesling glass and allow the wine time to breathe.
