Tasting Notes

Grapes are typically harvested by hand due to the challenging terrain, allowing for careful selection of fruit at optimal ripeness. Vinification is kept gentle and precise to preserve the vineyard’s aromatic clarity, natural fruit sweetness, and mineral tension.

This wine pairs beautifully with spicy Asian dishes, lightly seasoned seafood, sushi, roasted poultry, and creamy soft cheeses, where its sweetness and acidity can bring balance and lift. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is generally not necessary, though a brief splash into the glass can help the aromas open up.
