The Kühn family places strong emphasis on careful, mostly manual work in the vineyards, selectively harvesting the grapes to ensure optimal ripeness and healthy fruit. In the cellar, the must is gently pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel (and potentially a portion in traditional large tanks), a restrained approach that preserves the grape’s natural aromatics, crisp acidity and terroir expression. The result is a clean, precise dry Riesling that speaks clearly of its origin.
