Tasting Notes
The wine is bright and pale gold in appearance, with an expressive nose of green apple, pear, citrus zest and delicate white-pepper spice. On the palate, it is fresh and focused, balancing ripe orchard-fruit flavours with lively acidity, a fine mineral character and a long, clean finish. Its concentration and structure give it excellent potential to develop additional complexity with careful cellaring, while the 2024 vintage can already be enjoyed for its vibrant, youthful character.

Production
The Liebenberg vineyards are cultivated on steep Wachau terraces, where the challenging terrain demands extensive manual work and allows the vines to benefit from the region’s distinctive combination of sun exposure, cool nights and mineral-rich soils. Grapes are carefully selected at harvest to preserve purity and concentration, then vinified with a focus on expressing the site and the natural character of Grüner Veltliner.

Food & Serving
Serve lightly chilled at around 9–11°C. This versatile white pairs beautifully with freshwater fish, shellfish, asparagus, herb-roasted poultry and refined vegetable dishes, while its peppery freshness also complements Wiener Schnitzel. Decanting is generally unnecessary, although opening the bottle shortly before serving can allow its aromas to unfold.
