Tasting Notes

On the palate, it is taut and energetic, balancing concentrated ripe fruit with a firm mineral spine, citrus freshness, and a long, saline finish. This is a wine built for development in bottle. While it can be enjoyed young for its drive and clarity, it should gain greater complexity over the next several years, developing deeper stone-fruit, spice, and smoky mineral nuances.
