Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass, it offers an inviting, youthful brightness with a refined, crystalline feel. The nose typically leans toward ripe pear, quince, white flowers, citrus peel, and flinty, chalk-tinged notes, with the Clos du Bourg site often lending extra depth and focus. On the palate, this is dry Chenin Blanc with excellent balance between texture and freshness. Expect layered orchard fruit, lemon zest, a subtle honeyed nuance, and a long, saline finish.
