Tasting Notes

Production
The grapes come from the hills of Radda in Chianti, one of the most distinctive areas in Tuscany, where altitude and cooler conditions help preserve freshness and aromatic precision. After harvest, the wine was aged for 24 months in French oak barrels and then further matured in bottle, allowing the blend to integrate and gain complexity.

Food & Serving
This wine pairs beautifully with roasted red meats, game, and mature cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C to bring out its aromatics and structure, and decanting is recommended if opened soon after release from cellar, though a carefully aged bottle may only need a gentle splash before serving.
