Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep ruby-red color that hints at its youthful energy. The nose is bright and inviting, with fragrant red berry aromas and a distinctly fruity profile that feels both pure and approachable. Production
Produced in La Morra in the heart of Langhe, the wine reflects the careful, nature-respectful viticulture for which Roberto Voerzio is known. The grapes are vinified in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatics, then aged for 10 months to bring added harmony and texture without masking the character of Dolcetto.

This Dolcetto is a versatile partner for everyday Italian fare, especially antipasti, cured meats, pasta with tomato-based sauces, risotto, roasted poultry, and lightly grilled meats. Serve it slightly cool, around 14–16°C, and decanting is not necessary unless you wish to let it open up a little more in the glass.
