Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass, this wine opens with a lively bouquet of lime, grapefruit, and kiwi, lifted by soft floral accents of jasmine. The aromatic profile is refined yet expressive, with a clear sense of freshness and purity. On the palate, it is crisp and energetic, with pronounced minerality giving structure to the ripe citrus fruit. The finish is medium in length and clean, leaving a refreshing impression that makes it approachable now, while its balance and mineral backbone suggest it can hold its charm over the near term.

Produced in Campania’s Irpinia area from 100% Falanghina, the wine reflects the cool, hillside terroir that helps preserve acidity and aromatic clarity. Vinosia, founded in 2004 in Paternopoli, works with the region’s native grape identity in mind, crafting a white wine that emphasizes freshness, minerality, and varietal expression through careful vineyard selection and modern vinification.

A natural match for seafood, shellfish, grilled white fish, sushi, and light pasta dishes, especially those with herbs, lemon, or olive oil. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C; decanting is not necessary, but a few minutes in the glass will help the aromatics open beautifully.
