Sourced from hillside vineyards between Atripalda and San Potito Ultra, it captures the elegance of Fiano di Avellino DOCG with a delicate aromatic profile and a lively, mineral-driven style.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights, hinting at its youthful freshness. The nose is layered and harmonious, with delicate floral notes intertwined with fresh fruit aromas that give the wine a graceful and inviting bouquet. On the palate, it is light, crisp, and supple, with a clean structure and a subtle spicy finish that adds length and interest. Its balance and freshness make it immediately appealing, while the DOCG pedigree suggests it can develop additional complexity over a few years in bottle.

Production
This wine comes from hillside vineyards in Campania, where the soils and exposure around Atripalda and San Potito Ultra help Fiano retain its aromatic precision and natural freshness. The grapes are 100% Fiano, gently pressed as whole bunches to preserve purity and finesse, and fermentation is partly carried out with native yeast starters to enhance complexity and a sense of place.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled at around 8–10°C. It pairs beautifully with seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, light pasta dishes, vegetable risotto, and fresh cheeses, and it can also work well with mildly spiced Mediterranean cuisine. Decanting is not necessary.
