The wine is produced in the steep, rugged landscape of Priorat, a region known for its distinctive soils, dramatic slopes and Mediterranean climate. The grapes are hand-harvested, with the Grenache sourced from higher-altitude parcels to encourage a slower, more complete ripening. The fruit is fermented in stainless-steel tanks, with the varieties blended before fermentation, combining careful modern vinification with long-established regional practices.

Food & Serving
A natural match for roast lamb, grilled or braised beef, hearty stews and richly flavoured mushroom dishes. It also pairs well with mature hard cheeses and dishes featuring smoked or spiced elements. Serve at 16–18°C. Decanting for 30–45 minutes can help open the wine’s aromas and soften its youthful structure, although it can also be enjoyed directly from the bottle.
