It is best enjoyed young, when its freshness and sparkling fruit are at their most expressive.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 6–8°C as an aperitif or alongside light starters, seafood, shellfish, fresh salads and mild cheeses. Its gentle sweetness also works well with lightly spiced dishes and fruit-based appetisers. Decanting is not recommended; open immediately before serving to preserve the wine’s delicate bubbles and freshness.
