Tasting Notes
Pale and lightly coloured in the glass, this Prosecco offers a characteristic, fruit-forward aroma of crisp apple, ripe pear and a subtle hint of citrus. On the palate, it is fresh and gently spiced, with a creamy mousse and a supple, easy-drinking finish. It is best enjoyed young, while its lively fruit and freshness are at their most expressive.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 6–8°C. The wine is excellent as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with light starters, seafood, fresh salads, delicate pasta dishes and mild cheeses. Decanting is not recommended, as it is best served directly after opening to preserve its sparkle and freshness.

Vinicola Decordi is a family-run producer with roots in the local wine culture and a history that began with Quirico Decordi’s original bottling activities at the family’s old tavern. Today, his grandson Alessandro Decordi leads the company as it expands its production capacity and reaches new international markets. Despite its modern and prestigious facilities, Decordi maintains a strong connection to its origins, continuing to welcome guests and customers at the historic place where the family’s winemaking story began.
