Tasting Notes
The wine pours a bright, pale colour with lively bubbles and a fine, persistent mousse. On the nose, it offers inviting aromas of crisp apple, ripe pear and delicate white flowers, with a clean, refreshing profile. On the palate, it is light and energetic, balancing fresh fruit with a soft mousse and a dry, well-rounded finish. It is best enjoyed young, when its primary fruit aromas and easy-drinking freshness are at their most expressive, rather than being intended for extended bottle ageing.

Production
Vinicola Decordi works with selected grapes from recognised Prosecco DOC areas in northeastern Italy. The wine is produced using the Charmat method, with the second fermentation taking place in pressurised stainless-steel tanks. This approach preserves the wine’s fresh fruit aromas and creates a fine, persistent mousse, while a short period of tank ageing helps maintain its clean, accessible character and immediate drinkability.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 6–8°C. It is excellent as an aperitif and pairs naturally with salads, delicate fish, seafood, light appetisers and mild cheeses. Decanting is not recommended, as the wine’s freshness and sparkling character are best preserved when it is opened shortly before serving and poured gently into sparkling-wine glasses.
