Tasting Notes
Bright and inviting in the glass, this Chardonnay offers a fresh, fruit-driven nose with delicate notes of ripe orchard fruit and subtle creamy nuances from its lees ageing. On the palate, it is smooth and well-rounded, combining refreshing acidity with a gently textured finish. Enjoy it in its youth for its freshness and vibrancy; it is not primarily intended for extended cellaring.

Production
Made from Chardonnay grown in Chile’s Colchagua Valley, the wine reflects the region’s sunny climate and strong day-to-night temperature variation. Following vinification, it is aged sur lie, allowing the wine to develop greater mouthfeel, complexity and a softly creamy character while retaining its freshness.

Food & Serving
A versatile partner for smoked salmon, sea bass, roast or grilled chicken, fresh salads and soft cheeses such as Camembert. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C. Decanting is not necessary, although allowing the wine to breathe briefly in the glass can help reveal its subtle lees-derived aromas and texture.
