Villa Degli Olmi Corte dei Rovi Pinot Grigio Extra Dry is a fresh, lightly sparkling white wine from Veneto, Italy. Made from Pinot Grigio, it combines delicate bubbles with bright fruit, gentle acidity and an easy-drinking style, making it a versatile choice for aperitifs and casual occasions. As a non-vintage cuvée, it is crafted to offer a consistent, youthful expression from release to release.

Tasting Notes
The wine has a pale straw-yellow appearance with a fine, lively mousse. Its inviting nose brings together citrus, green apple, pear and delicate white-flower aromas. On the palate, it is light, crisp and refreshing, with juicy white-fruit flavours, mild acidity and a soft, rounded effervescence. The clean, fruit-driven finish makes it especially approachable when enjoyed young; it is best appreciated for its freshness rather than extended cellaring.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 6–8°C. It makes an appealing aperitif and pairs naturally with light starters, fresh salads, seafood, sushi, delicate pasta dishes and mild cheeses. Decanting is not recommended, as it would diminish the wine’s gentle sparkle; open just before serving and pour carefully to preserve the mousse.
