Tasting Notes

Production
Vignobles Vellas farms approximately 120 hectares spread across eight terroirs in the Languedoc, with most of its vineyards managed organically and with a strong focus on soil and environmental care. The producer places particular emphasis on vineyard work, aiming to harvest healthy grapes at optimal ripeness.
