Tasting Notes
In the glass, this Viognier typically shows a bright, inviting pale gold hue. The nose is expected to be expressive and floral, with notes of apricot, peach, white blossoms, and a subtle hint of Mediterranean warmth. On the palate, it should feel round and supple, with ripe stone fruit, fresh acidity, and a smooth, elegant texture. Viognier is best enjoyed while youthful, when its aromatic lift and juicy fruit character are at their most vibrant, though it can develop more honeyed, perfumed notes with short-term cellaring.

Vignobles Vellas works across 8 terroirs in the heart of southern France, with vineyards spread over 120 hectares and strengthened by partnerships across Languedoc, Sud-Ouest, the Rhône Valley, and Provence. Their vineyard philosophy is built on respect for the land and the environment, with most vineyards managed organically and a strong focus on harvesting healthy grapes at optimal ripeness to preserve both purity and balance in the final wine.

Food & Serving
This Viognier pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled prawns, creamy poultry dishes, mild curries, and soft cheeses, as well as Mediterranean cuisine with herbs and olive oil. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
