The wine displays a deep, intense purple colour. On the nose, it offers inviting aromas of black fruit alongside subtle spice, suggesting ripe berries and a warmly seasoned character. The palate is generous and mature, with concentrated fruit, a full texture and beautifully rounded tannins. Its balance of intensity and smoothness makes it enjoyable in its youth, while careful cellaring for a few years should allow the fruit and spicy notes to integrate further.

Production
The wine is produced by Vignobles Vellas from vineyards rooted in the diverse terroirs of southern France. The family farms 120 hectares across eight terroirs, with most of its vineyards managed organically, and also works with trusted winemaking partners in the Languedoc, Sud-Ouest, Rhône Valley and Provence. Healthy grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness before undergoing a long, traditional vinification with strict temperature control to preserve the wine’s concentration, fruitiness and aromatic character.

Food & Serving
Serve this Cabernet Sauvignon blend lightly cool, at around 16–18°C. It is a natural match for grilled meats, roast or grilled poultry and other white-meat dishes, while its rounded tannins also complement mature cheeses. Decanting is not essential for this youthful, approachable red, although 20–30 minutes in a decanter can help open its fruit and spice aromas before serving.
