Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a brilliant straw-gold hue that immediately hints at its intensity and concentration. The nose is layered and expressive, with notes of candied citrus, cocoa butter, plum, toasted bread and a subtle flinty, magnesite-like mineral edge. On the palate, it opens softly before unfolding into a full-bodied, savory wine with real structure and breadth. The citrus character returns in a long, inviting echo, supported by saline minerality and a textured finish that gives the wine excellent aging potential.

Production
Made from 100% Timorasso and vinified entirely in stainless steel, this wine is designed to preserve the grape’s purity, aromatic complexity and natural freshness. The vineyards are rooted in the Tortona hills, an area long associated with this distinctive native variety, where the terroir contributes both power and minerality to the final wine.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for rich seafood, roast chicken, veal, creamy risottos and dishes with mushrooms or truffle. Serve it slightly cool, around 10–12°C, and consider brief decanting if you want to open up its aromatics and allow the wine’s layered texture to show more fully.
