Tasting Notes
Bright and pale in appearance, the wine opens with inviting aromas of ripe apple, citrus and a subtle touch of peach. On the palate, it is fresh and rounded, with soft acidity, a balanced structure and a clean, fruit-forward finish. Designed for early enjoyment, this Chardonnay is best appreciated in its youth, when its freshness and delicate fruit aromas are at their most expressive. Short ageing on the fine lees adds additional roundness and texture without weighing down the wine.

Production
The vineyards lie in southern Ardèche, between the Rhône Valley and the Cévennes, where limestone-rich soils mixed with clay and alluvial deposits provide a balanced growing environment. Grapes are supplied by associated growers working to shared quality standards, with an emphasis on varietal purity and typicity. The wine undergoes temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless-steel tanks to preserve its fresh fruit aromas, followed by a short period on the fine lees. Little or no oak is used, keeping the style clean, bright and uncomplicated.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. This Chardonnay pairs naturally with grilled chicken, lighter fish dishes and salads with a mild dressing, while its rounded texture also complements vegetarian dishes featuring creamy elements. Decanting is not necessary; simply open shortly before serving to allow the fresh aromas to emerge.
