The grapes were handpicked at optimal maturity, sorted rigorously, and vinified in small, temperature-controlled vats to capture the purity and precision of each lot. Gentle extraction ensured fine-grained tannins, while élevage in French oak barrels (a portion new, tailored to the vintage) brought polish, integration and a subtle vanillin nuance without overwhelming the wine’s terroir-driven character.
