The estate harvests parcel by parcel at optimal ripeness, with meticulous sorting to ensure only pristine berries reach the winery. Vinification is traditionally Bordeaux in style but executed with modern precision: fermentation in temperature-controlled vats, gentle extraction to preserve elegance, and élevage in high-quality French oak barrels, a portion of which is new. The goal is to capture the singular character of the Pomerol terroir—plush yet refined fruit, floral lift, and mineral tension—in a wine that balances opulence with remarkable freshness.
