Built around Pinot Noir for structure, lifted by Chardonnay finesse and softened by Pinot Meunier, it captures the classic Veuve Clicquot style in a vibrant, approachable form.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright golden hue with a persistent stream of fine bubbles. The nose offers fresh citrus, green apple, and pear, followed by subtle notes of brioche, almond, and light toast. On the palate, it is lively and well-balanced, with Pinot Noir giving the wine its firm backbone and Chardonnay adding precision and freshness. Pinot Meunier rounds the texture with a gentle softness, while the dosage of 9 grams per liter keeps the finish smooth and polished. It is drinking beautifully now, though the underlying structure also gives it enough presence to hold for a few years.

Production
Sourced from Champagne, where chalky soils and a cool continental climate help preserve freshness and drive elegance, this cuvée is blended from 55% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, and 15% Pinot Meunier. Between 25 and 40% reserve wines are used to maintain consistency and depth, and the wine is finished with a dosage of 9 grams per liter. The result is a carefully composed Champagne that reflects both the house style and the quality of its vineyard holdings.

Food & Serving
Ideal as an aperitif, Veuve Clicquot Brut also pairs beautifully with oysters, sushi, tempura, roast chicken, light seafood dishes, and creamy soft cheeses. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
