Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a luminous golden color that hints at its richness and concentration. The nose is intensely aromatic, with ripe apricot, peach and citrus layered over a delicate floral lift. On the palate, it is complex and full-bodied, balanced by a lively acidity that keeps the sweetness in check and gives the wine excellent definition. The finish is long and polished, with enough structure and freshness to suggest very good aging potential.

Production
Sourced from the Scharzhofberger site in the Mosel, the wine benefits from steep slopes, cool climate conditions and slate-rich soils that help preserve acidity while building aromatic depth. The grapes are harvested at Auslese ripeness, with only the best fruit selected for this Goldkapsel bottling. Vinification is carried out to preserve purity, finesse and the natural concentration of the vintage.

This wine pairs wonderfully with fish dishes, poultry and light salads, where its acidity and fruitiness can complement delicate flavors without overpowering them. It is also a lovely choice as an aperitif or for a romantic dinner. Serve chilled, ideally around 8–10°C; decanting is not necessary.
