Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a clear straw-yellow color with delicate green highlights. The nose is lifted and expressive, with fruity notes of banana, pineapple and apple, layered with a subtle vegetal hint of freshly cut grass. The palate is fresh, juicy and nicely full, with balanced acidity, good structure and a long, persistent finish. It has both immediate drinkability and enough depth to keep it interesting, making it a white that can be enjoyed young for its vibrancy and aromatic clarity.

Production
Villa Angela is made from Pecorino grapes grown in Offida, in the Marche region of Italy. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by maturation on fine lees, a method that helps preserve freshness while adding texture and definition to the wine.

Food & Serving
This Pecorino pairs well with seafood, grilled fish, shellfish, light pasta dishes and white meats, as well as fresh cheeses and vegetable-based dishes. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C; decanting is not necessary.
