Production
Produced in the hills of the Tronto Valley near the Adriatic coast, the vines grow on fertile clay soils that support even ripening and help shape the wine’s supple texture. The maritime influence adds tension and freshness to the final profile. After careful vinification of the Garofanata grapes to preserve their aromatic identity, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in autoclave, where the mousse becomes fine and harmonious while keeping the fruit and floral notes vivid.
