Tasting Notes
In the glass, Rêve shows a bright, luminous colour with a refined and inviting presence. The nose opens with white fruit, floral nuances, and a subtle layer of vanilla that adds a graceful creamy note without overpowering the wine’s freshness. On the palate, it is rich yet precise, with generous fruit, a floral core, and a well-integrated touch of oak that brings extra dimension and roundness. The overall impression is elegant and layered, with enough structure to suggest excellent development in bottle over the next few years while remaining highly enjoyable now.

Production
The grapes come from Velenosi’s vineyards in Ascoli Piceno and Castel di Lama, where vines are cultivated at around 200 metres above sea level on north-facing slopes with sandy soils. These conditions help preserve freshness and aromatic lift, giving the wine its distinctive regional identity. After a short cold maceration, fermentation begins with 50% of the must transferred to new barriques for subtle oak ageing, followed by 24 months of maturation before blending and bottling.

Food & Serving
This wine pairs well with rich seafood dishes, roasted poultry, creamy pasta, shellfish, and refined vegetable preparations. It is best served chilled at around 10–12°C. Decanting is not essential, but a short aeration can help the wine show its full aromatic complexity.
