Tasting Notes
The wine shows a clear, bright straw-yellow colour. Its delicate, fruit-forward aroma is fresh and inviting, with impressions of ripe orchard fruit and subtle floral nuances. On the palate, it is pleasantly full yet refreshing, with a smooth texture, balanced acidity and a clean, harmonious finish. This is a wine best enjoyed for its youthful freshness rather than extended cellaring. Drink it within the next two to three years, while its fruit, vibrancy and easy-drinking character are at their most expressive.

Production
The grapes are sourced in the Marche region, where the combination of Mediterranean influence and hillside vineyards helps preserve freshness and aromatic definition. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks for approximately 10 days, followed by maturation in stainless steel. This gentle, reductive approach protects the wine’s delicate fruit and crisp, harmonious profile.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Its freshness and rounded texture make it a versatile partner for seafood, grilled fish, shellfish, sushi, fresh cheeses, salads and light pasta dishes. It is also an excellent aperitif and a natural choice for sharing over relaxed meals. Decanting is not necessary; simply open shortly before serving or pour directly into glasses.
