Sourced from Kakheti in eastern Georgia, Vazisubani Estate’s vineyards benefit from a classic continental climate, plenty of sunshine and well-drained soils that help Kisi develop aromatic intensity while retaining acidity. The grape, once nearly abandoned under Soviet rule due to its modest yields, is hand-picked at optimal ripeness to preserve its delicate fruit and natural freshness. Unlike traditional Georgian qvevri wines, this Estate Collection Kisi is fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel, emphasizing purity, precision and fruit-driven character. Gentle handling and careful maturation on fine lees contribute to the wine’s soft texture and layered complexity, while keeping the style clean and contemporary.

This Kisi is a versatile partner at the table, pairing beautifully with roasted poultry, herb-marinated chicken, grilled river fish, or creamy vegetable dishes such as pumpkin risotto or roasted root vegetables.
