Excellent with more refined dishes such as scallop risotto, seared scallops, and delicate fish preparations. It also works beautifully as an aperitif for special occasions. Serve chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, and consider brief decanting only if you want to open the wine up slightly—though it is just as enjoyable poured directly from the bottle.
