This wine is an excellent match for fruit-based desserts, crème brûlée, blue cheese, or richly flavored soft cheeses, and it also works beautifully as an aperitif. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C. Decanting is not necessary, though a short time in the glass will allow its aromas to open fully.
