Tasting Notes
Expect a bright garnet hue in the glass, showing the elegance typical of Nebbiolo. The nose opens with red cherry, rose petal, dried herbs, and subtle spice, followed by earthy notes, tar, and a hint of mineral depth. On the palate, it is structured and refined, with firm tannins, lively acidity, and a long, savory finish. The wine balances power and finesse beautifully, and while approachable with proper aeration, it should also reward further aging over the coming years.

Production
This Riserva comes from historic vineyards in Gattinara, where volcanic soils, elevation, and the cool climate help Nebbiolo develop aromatic precision and firm structure. Grapes are carefully selected from the estate’s oldest and most characterful parcels, then vinified to preserve the grape’s tension, fragrance, and age-worthy backbone.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for braised beef, roasted game, truffle dishes, mushroom risotto, and mature cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C, and decant for at least 1–2 hours if drinking young to allow the aromas and tannins to खुलen fully.
