Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright golden color with luminous reflections. The nose is expressive and elegant, with notes of ripe stone fruit, citrus peel, white flowers, toasted almonds, and a gentle hint of vanilla and spice from oak aging. On the palate, it is silky and layered, balancing creamy texture with vibrant acidity. Flavors of pear, lemon curd, and fresh orchard fruit are joined by subtle mineral tones and well-integrated oak. It has the structure and concentration to age gracefully for several years, gaining complexity and nuance over time.

Production
Milmanda comes from a single vineyard site with excellent exposure and well-drained soils that help Chardonnay reach full ripeness while preserving freshness. The grapes are typically harvested by hand at optimal maturity, then vinified with careful temperature control and matured in oak to build texture, complexity, and finesse.

This wine pairs beautifully with rich seafood dishes such as lobster, scallops, and roast turbot, as well as creamy poultry dishes, risotto, and mild aged cheeses. Serve it at 10–12°C, and decanting is not usually necessary, though a short airing can help if served young.
