Terrazze dell'Etna Rosato is a stylish, organically made Etna DOC rosé that captures the mountain energy of Sicily’s volcanic slopes. Crafted entirely from Nerello Mascalese, the estate’s signature grape, it reflects the clarity, freshness, and distinctive character that have made Etna wines so admired today.

Tasting Notes
Bright pink in the glass with subtle violet reflections, it has an appealing sheen and an elegant, lively look. The nose is fresh and expressive, showing red apple, peach, and a delicate balsamic lift that hints at the volcanic landscape behind it. On the palate, it is crisp, spicy, and very fresh, with a clean, vibrant profile that feels both energetic and well-balanced. The finish brings a satisfying sense of structure, making this a rosé with more depth than a simple summer wine and enough poise to age gracefully for a short period in bottle.

Production
The grapes come from organically farmed vineyards in Randazzo, on the northwestern slopes of Mount Etna, at an altitude of 650 to 950 meters above sea level. This high-altitude site enjoys a cool, windy climate with marked day-to-night temperature swings, helping preserve acidity and aromatic precision. The wine is vinified without skin contact, then matured in stainless steel before bottle aging to maintain freshness and purity of fruit.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled, ideally at 8–10°C, to emphasize its freshness and vibrant fruit. It pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled prawns, tuna carpaccio, Mediterranean salads, light pasta dishes, and vegetable-based starters. Decanting is not necessary.
