Terlano Gewurztraminer Lunare is a striking aromatic white from one of Alto Adige’s most respected cooperative wineries. Made from 100% Traminer Aromatico, it combines expressive exotic fruit, floral perfume, and the precision that has made Cantina Terlano a benchmark producer since 1893.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, shimmering golden-yellow hue that hints at its richness and aromatic intensity. The nose is immediately captivating, with layers of grapefruit, lime, lychee, orange, candied rose petals, and ginger, lifted by a refined, almost exotic complexity. On the palate, the fruit-driven aromas carry through with impressive clarity, balanced by a dry finish, subtle salinity, and a smooth, rounded texture. It is a highly pleasurable wine with depth and personality, and while it is expressive now, it also has the structure to develop gracefully for several years.

Production
This wine comes from Alto Adige, where cool Alpine influences and well-drained vineyard soils help preserve freshness while allowing Traminer Aromatico to reach full aromatic maturity. Cantina Terlano is known for careful grape selection and classic vinification, with fermentation and handling designed to preserve purity, fragrance, and texture. Food & Serving
Ideal with Asian cuisine, spicy dishes, shellfish, richly seasoned white meats, or aromatic cheeses. Serve chilled at around 10-12°C to best showcase its perfume and freshness. Decanting is not necessary, though a short aeration in the glass can help open up its aromatic layers.
