This cool alpine setting gives the wine its hallmark elegance, with the peach and muscat character that makes Müller-Thurgau so distinctive.

Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass, this wine is all about purity and lift. The nose is fragrant and expressive, opening with white peach, fresh herbs, and a delicate muscat note, followed by hints of citrus blossom and mountain flowers. On the palate, it is light-footed yet flavourful, with crisp acidity, a clean mineral edge, and a finely tuned aromatic profile. The finish is fresh and precise, making it an especially charming white wine to enjoy young for its bright fruit and floral energy, though it is not intended for long aging.

Production
The grapes come from Terlano’s highest, steepest vineyards in Alto Adige, where altitude, cool temperatures, and well-exposed mountain sites help preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. Harvesting is typically carried out carefully by hand on these demanding slopes, and the wine is vinified to protect the variety’s delicate perfume and clarity of fruit.

Food & Serving
A natural match for light appetizers, freshwater fish, shellfish, asparagus, spring vegetables, and delicate poultry dishes. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C; decanting is not necessary.
