Tenuta Regaleali Diamante Passito is a beautifully expressive Sicilian dessert wine from Tasca d'Almerita, blending 60% Moscato Giallo with 40% Traminer Aromatico. Crafted in the passito tradition, it captures the warmth, sweetness, and aromatic richness that have made Sicily one of Italy’s most celebrated homes for dessert wines.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a luminous golden hue that hints at its concentration and sweetness. The nose is intensely aromatic, with notes of candied citrus, dried apricot, tropical fruit, honey, and floral spice, lifted by the distinctive perfume of the grape varieties. The palate is soft, fragrant, and layered, with a generous sweetness balanced by enough freshness to keep it lively. Flavors of candied fruit, ripe peach, honeyed herbs, and sweet spice linger in a long, intense finish. While already highly enjoyable on release, it should hold its character well for several years.

Food & Serving
Serve slightly chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, to preserve its freshness and aromatic detail. It pairs wonderfully with fruit tarts, almond-based pastries, blue cheese, panna cotta, or simply as a contemplative wine on its own. Decanting is not necessary, though opening it a little before serving can help the aromas unfold.
