Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep garnet-red hue with the graceful evolution you’d expect from a well-aged vintage. The palate is full-bodied yet refined, with silky tannins, fresh acidity, and a long, persistent finish that still carries energy and detail. Thanks to its maturity, the wine has gained remarkable complexity and will continue to hold well for those who appreciate fully evolved Brunello, though it is already drinking beautifully now.

Production
Produced in Montalcino, Tuscany, this Brunello is made entirely from Sangiovese, sourced from vineyards shaped by the region’s warm days, cool nights, and mineral-rich soils. The grapes are carefully harvested and the wine is vinified in the traditional Brunello style, followed by extended bottle aging that has added remarkable depth, harmony, and nuance.

This is an excellent match for roasted or grilled red meats, game dishes, slow-cooked lamb, and mature hard cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C and decant for at least 1–2 hours to allow the aromas and texture to fully open, especially given the wine’s age.
