Tenuta di Biserno Il Pino di Biserno is an elegant Tuscan red that brings together Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot in a refined Bordeaux-style blend with a distinctly Italian soul. Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright ruby-red color that already hints at freshness and energy. The bouquet is layered and polished, with aromas of red berries, noble spices, leather and tobacco leading the way. On the palate, it is concentrated yet beautifully composed, with a supple texture, excellent balance and a decisive, elegant finish. The wine has the structure to age well over the coming years, developing even more complexity and nuance with bottle time.

Production
Produced in Toscana IGT, this wine is made from a carefully selected blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot. It is aged for around 12 months in oak barrels, which helps shape its aromatic complexity and refined structure while preserving the freshness and character of the fruit.

Food & Serving
This is a versatile partner for roasted lamb, grilled beef, game birds, mushroom dishes and aged hard cheeses. Serve it at around 16–18°C to show its full aromatic range, and consider decanting for 30–60 minutes if opened young to let the wine fully unfold.
