Production
Villa Donoratico is sourced from the Bolgheri area on the Tuscan coast, where the maritime climate and well-drained soils help shape ripe, balanced Cabernet-based wines with freshness and finesse. After vinification, the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak followed by 6 months in bottle, adding texture, complexity, and subtle notes of spice and toast.

This wine pairs beautifully with game dishes, grilled or roasted beef, and blue cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C; decanting for about 1 hour is recommended to let the aromas fully open and the structure soften.
