Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a delicate rosé hue with a lively, persistent mousse. The nose is bright and inviting, with fresh strawberry and raspberry at the forefront, lifted by citrus and a subtle hint of grapefruit. On the palate, it is dry, elegant, and well-balanced, with fine bubbles that give the wine a crisp and polished feel. Production
The Pinot Noir grapes come from vineyards in the Rhineland/Pfalz area of Germany, a region known for producing fresh, expressive wines. After conventional vinification, the alcohol is carefully removed by vacuum distillation, a method chosen to preserve the wine’s aroma, texture, and natural freshness while maintaining a true sparkling wine character.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at 6–8°C. It works beautifully as an aperitif and pairs especially well with light salads, delicate seafood dishes, fresh fruit desserts, and mildly sweet pastries. Decanting is not necessary.
