Tasting Notes
Pale gold in the glass, this whisky opens with delicate aromas of rose, lychee, orange peel, and a touch of Mizunara oak. On the palate it is silky and harmonious, with notes of honey, candied orange, white chocolate, light spice, and a gentle hint of smoke on the finish. Its balance and finesse make it immediately approachable, yet layered enough to reward slow sipping. While designed for elegance rather than heavy oak influence, it offers a satisfying, lingering finish and is best enjoyed relatively fresh for peak aromatic brightness.

Production
Hibiki Japanese Harmony is blended from carefully selected malt and grain whiskies produced at Suntory’s Japanese distilleries and matured in a range of cask types, including American oak, sherry casks, and Japanese Mizunara oak. The blend is crafted to express harmony and balance, reflecting Suntory’s meticulous approach to blending and the subtle character of Japanese whisky-making.

Food & Serving
Best enjoyed neat, with a splash of water, or over a large ice cube to gently open its aromatics. It pairs beautifully with sushi, sashimi, grilled chicken, tempura, delicate seafood, and light desserts such as citrus tart or white chocolate mousse. Serve slightly below room temperature for the most expressive aromas; decanting is not necessary.
