Stina Pošip 2025 white

Stina Pošip is a fresh and characterful Croatian white wine made from Pošip, one of Dalmatia’s most distinctive indigenous grape varieties. From the island of Brač, it offers a taste of the Adriatic with bright fruit, refreshing acidity and a subtle Mediterranean character. The 2024 vintage is available in limited quantities, with only a few bottles remaining.

Bright and inviting in the glass, this Pošip typically shows aromas of ripe citrus, white peach and fresh orchard fruit, complemented by delicate floral and herbal nuances. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, combining juicy fruit with lively acidity and a clean, gently mineral finish. Pošip is well suited to enjoying in its youth, when its freshness and vibrant fruit are at their most expressive. It can also develop added roundness and complexity over the short term when stored carefully.

Production
Produced from Pošip grown in the warm Mediterranean environment of Brač, where abundant sunshine and coastal influences help the grapes achieve ripe fruit character while retaining freshness. Food & Serving
Serve chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Its crisp profile makes it a natural match for grilled fish, shellfish, prawns, sushi, fresh goat’s cheese and Mediterranean salads, while its ripe fruit also works well with lightly seasoned poultry. Decanting is not necessary; open shortly before serving to let the aromas unfold.
