Produced from Riesling in the historic Steinberg vineyard of the Rheingau, the wine reflects the region’s tradition of combining noble sweetness with firm, mineral freshness.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Its richness and acidity make it an elegant match for fruit-based desserts, apple or pear tarts, crème brûlée, foie gras and mature blue cheeses. Decanting is generally unnecessary; instead, open carefully and pour gently, allowing the wine a short time in the glass to reveal its mature aromas.
