The terroir blends gravelly, alluvial valley-floor soils with well-drained loams that naturally limit vigor and enhance concentration and aromatic lift. Grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, with careful sorting in the vineyard and again at the winery to ensure only pristine fruit is used. Fermentation typically takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel and small tanks, with gentle extraction to preserve finesse over power, followed by aging in French oak barrels (a portion new) to integrate tannins and build complexity without overshadowing the purity of the fruit.
